Yes. I can negotiate in writing or join calls with the other party or their lawyers, on your instructions.
Can you review a contract someone else drafted?
Yes. You get a written review with each issue rated high, medium or low, and replacement wording you can send back to the other side.
Do you go to court?
No. I don’t conduct litigation or appear in court. If a dispute is heading that way, I’ll help you find and brief a firm that does.
Is what I send you confidential?
Yes, and I check for conflicts before taking on any matter. One caution: communications with me may not attract legal advice privilege. My regulatory position explains why and what to do if privilege matters.
